Employment Epiphanies

I had an interesting idea recently: my current occupation (Systems Administrator) has moved from the realm of "professional" to that of "shift worker." I based this on the fact that most datacenters now require 24/7 staffing, as well as the fact that I seem to be at work a lot more than I used to. Shift work wouldn't quite as bad if I wasn't working all of the shifts. :-/
